HOW TO BUY
To purchase, simply follow the purchase procedure by selecting the quantity and confirming in the cart. A few seconds after the purchase you will receive a confirmation by email. N.B: By placing the order in the foreseen phases, the customer declares to have read all the methods provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the conditions of sale, guarantee, payment and shipping.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made with the method chosen during the confirmation procedure within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

SHIPMENT
Shipping takes place within 24-48 hours after payment. Biovalente.it is not responsible for any delays in shipments attributable to disservices of Express Couriers.

RETURN
For defective products, a return request must be made immediately from the appropriate section of the site within 14 days of purchase; Special situations are examined on each case. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return postage here is at your expense and the postage back to you is at our expense. Keep the original boxes and packaging of the products.
